We have had a tremendous amount of positive response but with anything new and different, it is still a work in progress so please feel free to email or call with suggestions, questions or on navigating through it.
In regards to the website and your property, we are asking you look over your property page to ensure our pictures and amenity information is up to date. If you have not done so, it is time to update photos. Everyone here at the office agrees that once we direct a prospective guest to this link they are generally sold on reserving it, so we want to ensure that what they are seeing is what they are getting. Please call us to have new photos scheduled to be done.
Accessing the Internet remains an amenity that most guest do not want to be without as everyone now travels with their laptop. If your unit does not currently have this, we encourage you have it installed. We have a great contact with Bright House and can easily arrange the installation.
Our staff will be going in to each unit to perform a detailed inventory and inspection in late Aug. and Sept.We will notify you of recommended inventory replacements and schedule deep cleans and carpet cleans.
If you are advertising and collecting money on your property , you are responsible for reporting this income and remitting the taxes. The Manatee County Tax Collectors’ Office is monitoring VRBO websites and scrutinizing owner bookings. These taxes are important to our county. They help fund beach nourishment, the free trolley and advertisement for tourism.
