The greatest part about living and working in paradise isn’t the beauty of the beach, but the people who make up this community… and specifically, our staff at A Paradise! We decided to highlight some of our rockstars with you, so you can get to know the people behind the Paradise.
First up, our Employee of First Quarter 2018! Meet Rental Manager, Jomarie Alicea.
Born in Puerto Rico, Jomarie is fluent in Spanish. A Bradenton resident since age 2, Jomarie has always loved the island life. To this day, her favorite activities include boating, fishing, and spending time at the beach with her loved ones. JoMarie is engaged to fiancè Joe, and is a proud mother of 3 wonderful kids who all keep her busy and inspired. She is very involved with her children’s activities such as The Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts.
Professionally, she has worked in Retail and Pharmacy Management. She received her Real Estate license in 2006, when she then came to A Paradise as a Realtor. In 2013 she transitioned into a role as a Rental Agent and in 2014 was promoted to Rental Manager!
Jomarie has a strong commitment to customer service. She loves the challenge of problem solving and greatly enjoys the interaction with the guest and our owners. She is one of the reasons A Paradise has been called a “Family”… when you walk into our Island office she makes you feel like you are home! Her dedication to helping others find their rental home away from home, and caring heart for those around her is why she’s such an irreplaceable member of our family!
