An important thing to do wherever you live, is to challenge yourself to see your town with a fresh perspective… and that’s just what we did on our staff night out! The A Paradise team took the night off and went waterside. At last year’s Giving Back event at the Swordfish Grill and Tiki in Cortez,
our team won one of the most exciting auction items – a sunset dinner cruise around Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key from our friends at Cortez Deep Sea Fishing!
While most of us have lived and worked in the Anna Maria Island area for many years, it is always a thrill to be out on our beautiful waters, having a great time and catching one of our famous sunsets. The things that make our guests and clients fall in love with visiting AMI is the same thing that makes it such a paradise to work and play year-round. And that’s a big focus of our company – We are so lucky to spend our days in paradise. We work hard, and play hard. It’s important to us to spend quality time with each other, soak up the sun, and support other local business partners.
So, we got dressed in our best Tropical garb, feasted on appetizers and cocktails donated by the Swordfish Grill and Tiki Bar, and set sail! We had the best time together on the boat and the only thing that made it even better was remembering it was ultimately all for charity!
That’s why we’re entering our 3rd year as the Music Sponsor for the Giving Back event! We love being a part of all of the wonderful things our community has to offer – and we love to help others enjoy it, too! We will always look back on this Team A Paradise Sunset Cruise fondly, and can’t wait for our next team adventure at the Giving Back event.
